The Former Wood & Brooks Piano Factory

Legacy Forward Solutions is proud to call the historic Wood & Brooks piano factory in Tonawanda, New York, its home. Once a busy factory that made over 125,000 piano keys a year, the space has been thoughtfully brought back to life as a modern, mixed-use complex. While the building has been updated with today’s needs in mind, it still holds onto its original charm—with details like exposed brick, old sliding doors, and high factory ceilings that remind us of its past.
